🔁 Refund Policy
- Refunds available until January 15, 2026, minus $50 processing fee.
- No refunds after January 15, 2026. However, registration is transferable at Tier 3 rate and subject to approval.
- If one of the couples cancel, the other one will be put on waitlist to maintain the role balance
