✅ Registration Process
- Registration opens in October, 2026.
- Registration is limited to 130 milongueros (role balanced).
- 👉 Fill Out the Expression of Interest Form (EOI) and you’ll be notified if your request to attend is accepted.
- Couples must apply individually noting their partner's name in the form.
- Registration is by invitation.
- Registration is complete once payment is received.

💡 The Early Bird rate is available to the first 80 registered participants or until November 30, 2026, whichever comes first.
🔁 Refund Policy
- Refunds are available until January 15, 2027, less a $50 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued after January 15, 2027.
- If one member of a couple cancels, the other will be placed on the waitlist to help maintain role balance.
