✅ Registration Process
- Registration opens on October 15.
- Attendance is limited to 120 milongueros (role balanced).
- Registration is by invitation.
- 👉 Fill Out the Expression of Interest Form (EOI) and you’ll be notified if your request to attend is accepted.
- Couples must apply individually noting their partner's name in the form.
- The attendee fee for the Encuentro is $225 per person.
💰 Payment Options

🔁 Refund Policy
- Refunds available until January 30, minus $50 processing fee.
- No refunds after January 30.
- If one of the couples cancel, the other one will be put on waitlist to maintain role balance
